The man in the photo is Lar de Souza. A webcomic artist who does www.LICD.com and also www.lfg.com. The last couple of years his wife has done the MS walk and to help raise the money he said he would cosplay as a bacon themed Sailor scout if certain goals were met.

Helena obviously missed the memo about it.
